Most financial institutions require on a yearly basis for a renewal of the Master Insurance policy of the complex that you belong to. The attached link is to request a copy of the Master Insurance certificate be sent to your financial institution requesting for an updated copy. The form needs to be filled out in the entirety and the certificate will be sent directly to the address that is filled out.
